◆ Application

1.Use Q235 carbon round steel rods to manufacture various abrasive handles and other unimportant abrasive parts.

2. Q235 steel is used as punch material, which is used directly without tempering after quenching. The hardness is 36~40HRC.

Every ten punches can punch more than 2,000 bolts, and the failure mode is plastic deformation. The Q235 steel rod solves the phenomenon that the punch breaks during use and ensures the personal safety of the operator.
